  • Contact form submits successfully and delivers to the correct email address

SEO Readiness

A solid SEO foundation helps search engines — and AI-powered search experiences — understand and index your website correctly from day one.

  • Each page has a unique, descriptive SEO title (under 60 characters recommended)
  • Each page has a unique meta description that summarizes the page content clearly
  • Every page has a clear, single H1 heading that reflects the page topic
  • H2 and H3 subheadings are used logically to organize page content
  • All images have descriptive alt text that explains what the image shows
  • Business name, address, and phone number are consistent across all pages if shown
  • XML sitemap has been generated and is accessible
  • Robots.txt is in place and not blocking important pages from being indexed
  • Internal links connect related pages naturally throughout the site
  • No keyword stuffing, hidden text, or misleading metadata is present
  • Page URLs are clean, readable, and descriptive (no random strings or numbers)
  • Mobile version is functional and all SEO elements carry through to the mobile layout
